Hello! I’m Laura, a Longmont, Colorado based portrait and wedding photographer available throughout the beautiful state of Colorado.

I grew up in Detroit, Michigan and spent my college years living in the Upper Peninsula where I learned the virtues of thermal underwear, wool socks and saunas. I have a degree in Poetry, which lends itself to wedding photography well; I liken a good photograph to a good poem-- Both call us to stay for a minute, feel all the feels, and revisit often.

I'm passionate about documenting love stories and capturing moments that are as one-of-a-kind as you are. You are one-of-a-kind, right? I celebrate intention, connection, love. I don't care much for trends and I feel pretty strongly about making your day one that impresses YOU.

I tend to jive well with less traditional folks whose love is deserving of one kick ass celebration.

My style is fun, feel-good and authentic. A leveraged balance of both documentary/reportage and fine art styles. So come all ye grass-stained and spaghetti-faced. Let's celebrate love!
